The Holstein Foundation Education Workbooks are a series of nine workbooks designed to provide basic knowledge in a wide range of topics relating to the dairy industry. They are ideal for use by all ages, from junior dairy project member to a coach or leader seeking reference materials.
Most of the workbooks can be downloaded free of charge from the Web site in a PDF format.
"The Rules are Black and White – And They Apply to All Breeds" is available by calling 800.952.5200, ext. 4124, or submitting a request online. The workbook itself is free of charge, but a nominal shipping fee is requested to cover the cost of mailing the workbooks.
